TLS & CA

Encrypted and certified

Transport Layer Security (TLS) is the encryption protocol used by practically all websites. However, TLS can be used also for encrypting other communication channels like VPNs, email etc.

TLS is based on a Private Key Infrastructure (PKI), which issues certificates for the owners of public keys. This way, the identity of websites can be verified and man-in-the-middle attacks can be prevented.

This website is certified by Let’s Encrypt.

In case you need help with establishing a PKI or with hardening your website with encryption and other methods, simply contact me.
